Online Gift Certificate Contest Official Rules
As a token of our appreciation for checking out our website, we would like to enter you into a sweepstakes drawing in which you could win one of three $50 NutraBee™ Online Gift Certificates.
Who Can Enter: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, residents of Canada or the United States and are not in the employ of NutraBee™ or its distributors.
Prizes: There are three (3) prizes available to be won at each draw (see below).
Each prize consists of 1
NutraBee™ Gift Certificate in the amount of CDN $50.00. If an entrant is a resident of the United States, Gift Certificate will be in denominated in U.S.$50.00. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions will be permitted. Limit of 1 prize per person. Gift Certificates are subject to the rules of
Gift Certificate Redemption.
How To Enter: To enter the NutraBee™ Online Gift Certificate contest, please go to the NutraBee™ website www.nutrab.com and complete the entry form on the Bee-Approved Promotions page by October 31, 2012. Limit of 1 entry form per person. Any attempted form of entry not permitted by the Official Rules is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted.
Draw: Three (3) prizes of $50 NutraBee™ Gift Certificates will be awarded for the month of October. Prizes will be drawn from all eligible entries received between October 1st to 31st. Draw date for October is: November 5, 2012.
Notification: Reasonable attempts will be made to notify entrants who are selected to be eligible to win a prize by either phone or email within five (5) days after the contest drawing. You will be required to complete, sign and return a declaration and release to confirm your identity and your compliance with the Official Rules, including your eligibility to participate in the sweepstakes drawing within five (5) days from the date of notification of your eligibility to win a prize. Canadian entrants who are selected to be eligible to win a prize, must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question.
Should a selected entrant not be able to comply and fails to return the forms, he or she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize and another entrant may be selected in accordance with the Official Rules. Liability: The Sponsor nor their ISP providers be held accountable for communications malfunctions, virus, bugs, unavailable network connections, website crashing, Internet or ISP problems, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion or incomplete or inaccurate capture of data which may limit the ability of entering the contest or complying with the Official Rules. NutraBee™ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process, operation of the contest or the NutraBee website.
A list of winners will be posted on the NutraBee™ website within thirty (30) days of the contest draw date.
